To estimate when your order will arrive, please refer to the following time frames, which cover our most popular products:

Processing Time: 3-5 business days. Please note that our production schedule may vary based on overall order volume.
Shipping Time: 7-15 days for delivery, starting from the moment your package is handed over to the delivery company until it reaches your doorstep.

International Shipping Fee:

  • For both USA and International destinations, shipping fees start at $4.99 USD.

Please be aware that during peak seasons, your parcel may experience delays beyond the estimated delivery date. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL (Business Days)

Our store operates and ships from Monday to Saturday. To ensure your package reaches you within our advertised time frame, please double-check that your address is complete and accurate, with proper abbreviations and spaces.

ORDER TRACKING

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow 3-5 days for the carrier to update their system with your package’s status. If there’s no immediate tracking information, rest assured that the system will catch up soon.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated arrival date, don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address at checkout is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for deliveries to the wrong address. If you request changes after your order leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the parcel.

PLEASE NOTE:

The provided time frame applies to orders within the US with standard shipping.
While most orders are processed and shipped within the given time frame, exceptions may occur, especially for heavy shipping products.
Due to unforeseen supply and delivery delays, we apologize for any unexpected shipment delays.

Holiday Shipping: During peak seasons and holidays, order processing may take longer.

International Orders: Customs processing may extend delivery times, and we have no control over this process.

Note: Due to our made-to-order approach, your items may be shipped separately, and we cover the extra shipping cost to ensure prompt delivery.

WHERE OUR ITEMS ARE MADE:

Although most of our products are made in the USA, our US factory may experience capacity constraints due to global pandemic impacts. As a result, some orders may be processed outside the USA. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

NOTE: Ordering different product styles may result in multiple packages.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We regret that we cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you need items delivered to different locations, please place separate orders.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We support deliveries to PO Boxes but cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

For international shipments from the US, we use DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Depending on your country, local customs or VAT charges may apply. Please consult your local customs office for details.

THE WRONG ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS

If you need to update your order information within 12 hours of placing it, contact us at support@gelvi.shop. Once your order is shipped, we cannot redirect it. However, you have alternatives:

  • After delivery to your local post office, you can request them to redirect the package, at their discretion.
  • For further assistance, reach out to our Customer Care Team; we’re here to help!
  • Please review your personal information (shipping address, phone number, email) carefully during checkout to avoid issues or delays.

If your order does not arrive within 45 business days of placement, contact us at support@gelvi.shop. Our Customer Care Department will handle your case, offering a replacement or refund if appropriate. Please note that shipping times are calculated in business days and do not include weekends. Claims for late deliveries filed after 60 business days from the order date will be declined.
