TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Bottle Booking. We’re so glad you’re here. Make yourself comfortable and have a good time, but please follow our house rules.

  1. Acceptance of These Terms

This document, along with the referenced documents below, constitutes our house rules, officially known as our Terms of Service (referred to as “Terms” for brevity). These Terms establish a legally binding agreement between you and Bottle Booking, encompassing all of its subsidiaries collectively referred to as “Bottle Booking.”

Please take note of Section 11, which pertains to Disputes with Bottle Booking. It includes an arbitration clause and class action waiver. By agreeing to these Terms, you commit to resolving disputes through binding individual arbitration, relinquishing the right to have disputes decided by a judge or jury, and forgoing participation in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

This contract delineates your rights and responsibilities when using Bottle Booking.shop, Pattern by Bottle Booking, and other services offered by Bottle Booking, collectively termed as “Services.” Please read this document thoroughly. By using any of our Services, including browsing our websites, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you disagree with the Terms, refrain from using our Services. Are you with us? Excellent, let’s proceed!

  1. Referenced Documents

Bottle Booking Services connect people worldwide, both online and offline, for making, selling, and buying unique goods. To comprehend the specific rules pertinent to your use of the Services, please consult the information provided at the bottom of our website.

All these policies are integral parts of our Terms, so it’s essential to review those pertinent to your situation. Nonetheless, please read this entire document, as it applies to all users.

  1. Your Privacy

We understand the significance of your personal information, and we take it seriously. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we use your information when you engage with our Services. By using our Services, you also consent to the processing of your information as detailed in the Privacy Policy, so please review it.

Both Bottle Booking and sellers handle members’ personal data, such as buyer names, email addresses, and shipping addresses. Therefore, they are considered separate and independent data controllers of this information under USA law. Each party assumes responsibility for the personal data it processes when providing the Services. For instance, if a seller inadvertently discloses a buyer’s name and email address while fulfilling another order, the seller, not Bottle Booking, is accountable for that unauthorized disclosure.

However, if Bottle Booking and sellers are found to be joint data controllers of buyers’ personal data, and if Bottle Booking faces legal consequences or expenses resulting from your joint data controller activities, you agree to indemnify Bottle Booking for these expenses incurred in connection with your processing of buyer personal information.
